Live-In/In-Home Nannies:
Live-in nannies offer many advantages and are accommodating to families as they can be called upon for last minute aid and prompt help when needed. Trained and experienced live-in nannies allow for individual and focused care of children/elders in their own home and to their own comfort standards.
Caregivers also benefit from In-Home care by having stability and security during their employment.
Normally an In-Home placement is for an extended period of time of up to several years.
At Harmony Nannies, we undertake finding the best matches between caregivers and employer families and we accomplish this in two parts. One, is qualifying the caregivers through their application documents, and Two, by getting to know our caregivers and families well enough to qualify and allow for a comfortable and lasting placement.
During our placement process, we explore various skills and characteristics needed for lasting employment. Such factors include Experience, Caregiver training, Employment Background, CPR & Medial Training, Languages Spoken, Education Level, Personality & Hobbies, Expectations, Commitment to Employer Needs, Resume & References, Mock-up Scenario Exercises, Childhood & Upbringing etc.
